  •  On February, 13, 2008 at “Kovrovsky electromechanic plant” RELTEC Group started up 2 melting systems: Induction Heating System for hardening (IHSH-30-66) and induction melting system (IMS-250-2.4). The administration of the plant prefers equipment of Russian manufacturers and RELTEC Group is one the best representatives of it.

 

  • On February, 11, 2008 at “Gidravlik”, Ltd. (in the city of Gryazi, Lipetsk region) RELTEC Group set in operation induction melting system IMS-160-2.4-0.16 for melting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is already their second induction melting system manufactured by RELTEC. This fact is very remarkable, because long-term cooperation is useful for both parties. What is more, forming trust relationship is very effective and successful for this cooperation. “Gidravlik” producers hydraulic equipment for machine-tool and tool-making industry.

 

  • On February, 7, 2008 at “Nizhnetagilsky boiler and radiator plant” (Sverdlovsk region) RELTEC Group started up induction melting system IMS-1800-0.25-0.03 for melting high-strength cast iron. This system gave a chance to activate abandoned work shop and to set in operation a new line for stop valves framing. “Nizhnetagilsky boiler and radiator plant” is the largest cast iron molding company in Russia.

 

  • On January, 26, 2008 at “Uralteplopribor” (Chelyabinsk region) RELTEC Group launched frequency converter SCR FCR-100-10.0. Uralteplopribor specializes in automation of various industrial projects.

 

  • On January, 14, 2008 at “VSMP-Avisma” (Sverdlovsk region) RELTEC Group started up induction melting system with dual channel power unit IMSD-160-2.4 for heating chisel mounts before press bending. This unit will help to streamline the production process.

2007

  • On December, 29, 2007 at ZAO “Neztor” (city of Nevyansk, Sverdlovsk region) RELTEC Group launched induction melting system IMS-250-1.0-0.25 for cast iron melting. “Neztor” produces elements for instruments, machines and tools for measuring, control, probation and navigation, etc.

 

  • On December 24, 2007 at JSC “Muromsky machine-building plant” RELTEC Group set in operation induction melting system IMS-320-2.4-0.4 for melting cast iron and steel. JSC “Muromsky machine-building plant” is the market leader in the field of components for road-building equipment.

 

  • On December, 21, 2007 at JSC “Proton-Perskye Motory” (city of Perm) RELTEC Group launched 2 melting furnaces IMS-250-1.0-0.25x1H. “Proton-PM” is the largest company in the field of aerospace industry in Russia and CIS.

 

  • On December, 18, 2007 at “Surgutneftegaz” (city of Surgut, Tyumen region) RELTEC Group set in operation induction melting furnace IMS-500-1.0-0.6 for iron melting.

 

  • On December, 17, 2007 at “Automobile Factory “KAMAZ” (city of Naberezhnyie Chelnyi, Tatrstan Republic) RELTEC Group started up 2 SCR Frequency Converters serial type SCR FCR-320-2.4 for heating semi-axis. “Automobile Factory “KAMAZ” is the leading Russian automobile corporation.

 

  • On December 1st, 2007 at “Berkut” (Penza), induction melting plant IMP-63-10-0.03x2H was set in operation by RELTEC specialists. “Berkut” is a company specializing in recycling of secondary metal raw materials.

 

  • On November, 27, 2007 at “Nizhnekamskneftehim” JSC (Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan republic), induction melting plant IMP-160-2.0 with 2 customer’s furnaces was set in operation with all project, erection, start-up supervision, and staff-training at work place. “Nizhnekamskneftehim” is the largest chemical and petrochemical enterprise in CIS.

 

  • On November 20, 2007 at “CSKB-Progress” (Samara), RELTEC Group launched induction melting plant IMP-800-1.0-1.0. “CSKB-Progress” is the leading Russian research-and-production rocket and space centre.

 

  • On October 30, 2007 at “Prometey” (Gatchina, Leningrad region), RELTEC group launched induction melting plant IMP-500-1.0-1.0. “Prometey” is a company that designs metallic materials for shipbuilding, atomic and thermal power engineering, and for refining of oil and gas products.

 

  • On October 27, 2007 at “Mechanical repair complex”, induction melting plant IMP-1000-0.5-2.0x2H was started up by RELTEC specialists. “Mechanical repair complex” is an affiliated company of “Magnitogorsk Metallurgic Plant”- the largest Russian company in ferrous metallurgy.

 

  • On September 18, 2007 at “Strommashina” (Kohma, Ivanov region), RELTEC Group started up induction melting plant IMP-800-1.0-1.0. “Strommashina” produces equipment for cement industry and truck crane spare parts.

 

  • On September 16, 2007 at Foundry-Mechanical Factory (Semenov, Nizhegorodsky region), induction melting plant IMP-400-1.0-0.4x2H was set in operation by RELTEC specialists.

 

  • On September 14, 2007 at Kandalaksha Experimental Mashinery Plant RELTEC Group launched Duel-Channel Induction Melting Plant with power distribution system IMPD-1800-0.25-3.0x2H.

 

  • On July 26, 2007 at Ludinovsky machine-building works RELTEC Ggroup set in operation induction melting plant IMP-500-1.0-0.6 for melting cast iron and steel.

 

  • On July 16, 2007 induction-heating system HIS-250-10/120-20 was started up at Zaporozhsky electro-metallurgic works “Dneprospetsstal” by RELTEC specialists. The equipment is for hot wire-drawing made from low-ductility and difficult-to-form steel & alloys.

 

  • On June 15, 2007 at Kamyshin Plant of Bench and Assembling Tools (Kamyshin, Volgograd region) RELTEC Group launched induction-heating system IHSF-160-10 to heat billets for forging.

 

  • On May 18, 2007 at Chelyabinsk Experimental Foundry RELTEC Group started up induction melting plant IMP-400-1.0-0.4 for melting cast iron and steel.

 

  • On May 11, 2007 at “Litur-STC” (Yekaterinburg city) RELTEC Group set in operation induction melting plant IMP-250-1.0-0.25. “Litur-STC” is an art castings company.

 

  • On April 13, 2007 at “Chelyabinsk Automotive Factory” RELTEC Group launched one more thyristor frequency converter TFCR-250-8.0 (250 kWt, 8.0 kHz) for plant power supply for heating work pieces of motor valves.

 

  • On April 2007 at the Plant of Accurate Alloys (Polevskoy, Sverdlovsk region) RELTEC specialists modernized induction-melting plant of ABB and EGES joint manufacture of 2 ton capacity.

 

  • On April 13, 2007 at “INISH” (Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan republic) RELTEC specialists completed successfully conversion of induction melting plant IMP-500-1.0-0.4x2H with 2 alternate furnaces into 2 independent plants IMP-500-1.0-0.4x2H. Additionally SCR Frequency Converter FCP with digital control system, cooling station, capacitor tank, bus bar and control station were supplied and set in operation. The equipment is used for melting cast iron and steel.

 

  • On March 20, 2007 at Irkutsk Aluminum Plant (IrkAZ) RELTEC Group started up induction melting plant IMP-320-2.4-0.4 with 2 furnaces of 400 kg capacity. One furnace is used for melting ferrous metal (cast iron); the second one is for melting nonferrous metals (aluminum).

 

  • On March 13, 2007 at “Omskmashina” (Omsk) RELTEC launched induction-melting plant IMP-250-2.4-0.25 for melting bronze.

 

  • On February, 22, 2007 at “Krastsvetmet” JSC (Krasnoyarsk) RELTEC Group set in operation induction melting plant IMP-100-10-0.002 (Pt) for melting platinum. 

 

  • On February 15, 2007 at “Novocherkassk locomotive-building plant” (NLBP) (Rostov region) RELTEC Group launched induction-melting plant IMP-320-2.4-0.4x2H with furnaces of 400 kg capacity for melting cast iron.

 

  • On February, 5, 2007 at “Metallurg-Tulamash” (Tula) RELTEC Group set in operation induction melting plant IMP-320-2.4-0.4x2H with 2 furnaces of 400 kg capacity for producing steel castings.

 

  • On January 26, 2007 at “Porshen” (Volzhsky, Volgograd region) RELTEC Group started up induction melting plant IMP-320-2.4-0.4x2H with of 400 kg furnaces capacity for melting cast iron.

 

  • On January 25, 2007 at “YUKORT” (Nefteugansk, Tyumen region) RELTEC Group set in operation 2 induction heating systems HIS-250-1.0 (250 kWt power, 1 kHz frequency) and HIS-400-1.0 (400 kWt power, 1 kHz frequency) that will be used for heating pipelines before coating.

 

  • On January, 12, 2007 at Chelayabinsk Automotive Factory JSC (“ChAF”) RELTEC set in operation Thyristor Frequency Converter TFCP-160-8.0 (160kW; 8.0kHz) for plant power supply; the machine heats blanks before forging.

  • On December, 25, 2006 at “Vtormet” Industrial Company in Yaroslavl town RELTEC Group set in operation induction melting machine with 2 furnaces of 400 kg capacity, 400 kW power, and 1.0 kHz frequency (IMP-400-1.0-0.4x2H) for melting iron.

 

  • On December, 19, 2006 at Energomechanical plant “Promenergo” Ltd. (in Pokrov town, Vladimir Region) RELTEC started-up Thyristor frequency converter TFCP-500-1.0 with 500 kW power & 1.0 kHz frequency.

 

  • On November 16, 2006 at Chelayabinsk Automotive Factory JSC (“ChAF”) RELTEC again set in operation Thyristor Frequency Converter TFCP-100-8.0 (100kW; 8.0kHz) for plant power supply for heating iron bars before forging blanks.

 

  • On November, 12, 2006 at “Rosneftemash” Ltd (in Oktayabrsk town, the Republic of Bashkortostan) RELTEC Group set in operation 4 modern induction melting machines IMP-250-1.0-0.25 with 250 kg furnace capacity, 250 kW power, 1.0 kHz frequency & computer-driven control system. RELTEC induction machines melt iron.

 

  • On November 8, 2006 at Voronezh Bridge Factory (“VORONEZHSTALMOST” LCC) Induction Heating Plant IHP-250-8.0 (250kW; 8.0kHz) was started up by RELTEC Group specialists. The plant is used for heating of screw bolt blank parts.

 

  • On September 29, 2006 at Chelyabinsk Automotive Factory RELTEC Group installed and launched Thyristor Frequency Converter TFCR-250-8.0 (250kW power and 8.0kHz frequency) for plant power supply for heating motor valve blanks before pressing.

 

  • On September 4, 2006 at Mariysk Machinery Factory in Turkmenistan RELTEC successfully launched Induction Melting Plant IMP-3600-0.25-6.0 for cast iron & steel melting.

 

  • On August 10, 2006 at Ussuriysk Locomotive Repair Factory – a branch office of Russian Railways JSC RELTEC Group set in operation Thyristor Frequency Converter TFCR-100-8.0 with 100 kW power, 8 kHz frequency for hardening of big diameter pinions.

 

  • On June 26, 2006 at Novokuznetsk Metallurgical Complex JSC in Kemerovo Region RELTEC finished setting in operation Induction Melting Plant IMP-1000-0.5-2.0 with 2 ton furnace capacity, 1000kW power and 0.5 kHz frequency.

 

  • On June 21, 2006 at Krasniy Oktyabr JSC in S-Petersburg city RELTEC Group started up and set in operation Induction Heating Plant IHPF-160-1.0 for forge-and-press industry with 160kW power and 1.0kHz frequency.

 

  • On June 14, 2006 at Zlatoust Foundry Factory – “Metaplast” in Chelyabinsk Region RELTEC Group replaced an old frequency converter installed in 2001 by our company and set in operation Thyristor Frequency Converter TFCR-320-2.4 (320 kW power; 2.4 kHz frequency).

 

  • On June 6, 2006 at STROYMASH –CENTER - Technology & Machine-Building Factory RELTEC set in operation a Dual Channel Induction Melting Plant IMP-400-1.0-0.4x2G with 400kg furnace capacity, 400kW power, 1.0kHz frequency for cast iron melting.

 

  • On May 22, 2006 at Yarpolimermash-Tatneft in Yaroslavl RELTEC Group started up Induction Melting Plant IMP-320-2.4-0.4 (320 kW power, 2.4kHz frequency, 400kg capacity) for steel melting.

 

  • On May 5, 2006 at Liteyniy Dvor LCC in Cherepovets town of Vologodsk Region RELTEC set up in operation Induction Melting Plant IMP-400-1.0-0.6 with 600kg furnace capacity, 400kW power, 1.0kHz frequency for steel melting.

 

  • On April 25, 2006 RELTEC Group accomplished a complex equipment supply at Maskat-A JSC (Kazakhstan Railway Company of diesel locomotives repair) in Shu town in Kazakhstan. Dual Channel Induction Melting Plant IMP-250-2.4-0.25x2G with 250kg furnaces capacity, 250kW power and 2.4kHz frequency for melting of cast iron and steel in lining crucible and melting of brass and bronze in graphite crucible. Induction Heating Plant IHPH-250-8.0 for pinions hardening with 250 kW power, 8 kHz frequency with 5M maximum module and up to 500mm diameter was set in operation at the Thermal Department.

 

  • On April 17, 2006 at Katav-Ivanovsky Factory in Chelyabinsk Region RELTEC started up Duel-Channel Induction Melting Plant IMP-400-1.0-0.4x2G with 400kg furnace capacity (400kW; 1.0kHz) for cast iron melting.

 

  • On April 7, 2006 at Chelyabinsk Automotive Factory JSC we have installed and launched Thyristor Frequency Converter TFCR-250-8.0 (250kW; 8.0kHz) for plant power supply for heating work pieces before motor valve pressing. RELTEC specialists installed frequency converter in the Factory equipment.

 

  • On March 24, 2006 at Kubanochka JSC in Krasnodar Region RELTEC set in operation Induction Melting Plant IMP-250-1.0-0.16 (250 kW; 1.0 kHz; 160 kg) for steel melting and after filling a chill mould.

 

  • On March 2, 2006 at Lidsky Foundry-Mechanical Factory JSC in the Republic of Belarus Duel-Channel Induction Melting Plant IMP-1000-0.5-2.0x2G (1000 kW; 0.5 kHz) was started up by RELTEC Group. The Plant is melting cast iron.

 

  • On February 27, 2006 at Petuhovsk Foundry-Mechanical Factory JSC RELTEC Group launched Duel-Channel Induction Melting Plant IMP-400-1.0-0,4x2G with 400 kg furnace capacity, 400 kW power and 1.0 kHz frequency for melting cast iron. Equipment manufactured by RELTEC is well known at Petuhovsk Foundry-Mechanical Factory since 1999.

 

  • On December 2005 at Ryazansk Machine-Tool Factory first metal melts were made on the newest induction medium frequency complex manufactured by RELTEC. The System consists of two 6-ton capacity furnaces supplied by single Thyristor Frequency Converter TFCD 3600-0.25 providing medium frequency power redistribution between two furnaces (dual channel melt regime). RELTEC R&D Center specialists were awarded with a Golden Medal by All-Russian Fair Center in Moscow. It has been the first time when modern induction melting complex was developed, manufactured and set in operation by Russian company without foreign specialists’ participation.
