Employee Regulations

1. We are a team and I am its full member; a lot depends from me.

2. Customer pays us our salary, not the company. That is why a Customer is God-almighty for me, regardless of my post.

3. Clear, concrete, measurable result is my every day aim.

4. Work efficiency of “RELTEC” employee is evaluated at concrete work results and not at spent time and made efforts to do it.

5. If the work is done not on 100%, it is a backlog.

6. Everyone has a right for mistake. One who doesn’t work doesn’t do mistakes. Not for mistakes the one is punished but for duties neglect.

7. A lie to a manager or a colleague is not only disgusting occurrence but also emphatic disrespect towards company and its values.

8. Its not shameful to be unaware, it’s shameful not to ask and not to help a colleague.

9. Only two things can’t be forgiven: indifference and betrayal. Disloyal professional is the most terrible person in the company.

10. A mechanism is estimated at its weakest part, and a department is estimated at its weakest employee.

Words and Expressions that do Not Exist for Us

1. “Impossible”. Everything is possible if the available resources determined.

2. “I don’t know, I can’t”. Everything can be learnt in case one wants.

3. “It’s not in my job description, it’s not my business”. All that concerns company should not leave me indifferent.

4. “You told me but I didn’t hear, I didn’t have time, I couldn’t etc” Do not make excuses.

5. “I’ve written an office memo, e-mail, etc but the answer wasn’t given”. It’s important to set an object.

6. “I called but the phone didn’t answer”. Lack of persistency is not acceptable.

7. “I came but you were not in”. One should have a creative approach to task solving.

8. “I was going to do your task but I was given another task”. It’s necessary to arrange priorities correctly.

9. “I don’t have time I have too much work to do”. One can always find time.

10. “I thought it would be better”. We don’t think, we know for sure.
